Customer paid return shipping labels can ship with any carrier of your choice that provides a trackable method. All returns/exchanges must be sent through our Return Portal in order to be processed. To start the returns/exchange process, please visit our Return Portal here.

We gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, or defective items with attached tags, up to 14 days after delivery.

Any signs of wear or damage will result in the return/exchange request being denied.

Items returned without tags will be subject to a $7.95 re-packaging fee (So keep the tags on until you know you're keeping it!). Original packing slip or invoice must be included in return package.

Returns and exchanges are available on most purchases, except SALE items. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged/defective item from us, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back to us at no cost to you.

exchange policy

We offer size exchange (excludes sale items) for unworn, unwashed, or defective items with attached tags, up to 14 days after delivery. Exchanges must be for the same style and color item as originally purchased.

Exchanged items that are then returned (within 14 days after delivery) will only be eligible for store credit and will be subject to a 10% handling/restocking fee that will be deducted from your store credit. You are responsible for paying the return shipping label.

We are not liable for lost return packages without tracking (make a note of your return tracking number)

Recover is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without approval or outside of our Return Portal (please wait for a confirmation email from us)

Store credits are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.

A fee will be assessed to "return to sender" package refund requests, as well as unclaimed packages.
